• 10% deposit Even with the first home owners grant we were still behind. We thought we would be renting forever! Untill we discovered a system called Rent To Own that allowed us to Own our Own Home without a 5-10% deposit, without a bank loan and despite the fact that we had bad credit. Within 6 weeks we bought our home, renovated it and will never have to rent again! We are now so excited to have been able to help many others to do same ! Our mission is to give a fair go for people who want to own their own home but have been left out in the cold by tranditional lendering instutions by creating and delivering a quality service, which is uniqe and valuable. Our mission is to create a uniqe service to meet their needs and deliver that service as efficiently and effectively as possible. Our mission is listen to the customers who represent the marketplace.
